During my several months living on the edge of New York City,
I did day labor mostly on weekends for Total Entertainment
setting up games and machines at venues
for celebrations following bar mitzvahs and weddings, etc.
I got paid with hundred dollar bills and saw the Metro area
from New Jersey to the five boroughs and eastern Long Island.
